As of October this year, around 14 million business connections have been made on the platform. We also logged over 13 million business conversations in the last month. Apna also recorded feed traffic of around 2 million in the past month.
The platform supported over 5 million community users in the previous quarter (Q2).
Of Apna.co’s 26 million users, 80% use Apna’s professional networking. 40% of these users belong to Level II and above. Cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata and Lucknow have seen an increase in the number of users building their professional networks and engaging with their peers.
It should also be noted that around 40% of creators on the platform prefer languages other than English. In fact, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, and Bengali were the most preferred languages on Apna’s platform except for English.
Women also unlock their potential through professional networking. According to recent data from Apna.co, as of early November, more than 5,000 women are using Apna’s platform to create professional content.
1 in 5 jobs is created by women on the platform. The maximum female networking took place in cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune and Kolkata.
