On May 20, 2022, the American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand (AMCHAM) hosted the Multi-Chamber Eastern Seaboard Networking event at Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa. The event was organized by AMCHAM in cooperation with the Australian, British, Canadian, Belgian-Luxembourg/Thai, German-Thai, Irish-Thai, South African-Thai and Singapore-Thai Chambers of Commerce.

Representing the AMCHAM Board of Governors, Noah Shepherd, Director of Global Operations for Asia-Pacific of Stanley Black & Decker, delivered a welcome speech and expressed his gratitude to the sponsor, exclusive member of AMCHAM, WHA Industrial Development, represented at the event by David Nardone, Group Director. -Industrial and international. The event provided members in Bangkok and those located on the East Coast with an opportunity to network and build business relationships.

The briefing was led by two speakers – Martin Sørensen, CEO of Workmate and Ben Dobbs, Plant General Manager of Alliance Laundry Systems – who shared tips for manufacturers to attract qualified candidates, retain valuable employees, as well as as ways to retain employees. and engagement in manufacturing operations.

The outdoor area of ​​the hotel overlooks the beach at sunset and was the perfect place for chamber members to have fun, network and revel in fine food and drink. With excellent service and the hospitality of the venue, everyone had a great time.
